Masini Biscotti is a confectionery company specialized in Private Labels, in the large-scale distribution service and in satisfying the particular needs of Premium retailers.

Founded in 1929 in Lastra a Signa, near Florence, it has remained the property of the Masini family ever since. With Tuscany in our heart, the offer of baked products has expanded over time to include a wide selection of Italians’ favorite desserts for breakfast, snacks and at the end of a meal.

The product offer is divided into three lines: dry biscuits (Cantuccini, Cantuccione, Meringues, Pastry cookies, Crunchy and soft Amaretti cookies), naturally leavened brioches and small tarts.

The company also produces organic biscuits.

The distinctive character of Masini Biscotti lies in the combination of technology and organizational flexibility which allows the creation of practically tailor-made recipes and formats, from single portions to gifts, up to bulk packages for professional catering. Authenticity and origin characterize the selection of ingredients, with a preference given to Italian raw materials. Products and processes are subject to continuous improvements to ensure the highest quality standards and are subjected to external controls as part of the BRC, IFS and Organic certifications.

The export share of turnover exceeds 50%, the countries served in the world are more than 25, the reference markets being Europe, the United States and Japan. Production flexibility and speed of order execution are the driving force behind the expansion of sales abroad and the main reasons why a growing number of large-scale retail chains and Ho.Re.Ca. they choose Masini products.

The almost century-old production tradition continues under the banner of Cantuccini Toscani PGI, the third best-known Italian biscuit in the world and an ambassador of Tuscany, and is renewed in the pastry cookies with limoncello, sambuca, coffee and chocolate, which the company produces and distributes under its own Masini and Lenzi brands.
